Can I break a rental lease agreement early
The security at the apartment complex where I live is not good .I have been robbed and do not feel secure at this location. I have lived there for one month and am afraid to live there any longer. Can I break the lease agreement. and what penalty may there be?

Unless you reach an agreement with the Landlord, you have to comply with the Lease.
