Manager in distress
I became the manager of a mobile home park, because the owner had asked me too. I was being underpaid and one of his other managers quit, so he decided to split up my family and I to work both parks. I told him i was only working temporarily and I would return to my regular park after a month or two. He had promised that upon my return, my family and I would be able to move into a smaller unit and thus, pay no rent for my managerial services. I told him it was time for me to go back and his wife (Also the owner), lashed out against me, in a verbal attack saying that things had changed and that their plan was to keep me at the new park. I wanted to return home and they refused and was yelled at and humiliated and I stressed out and i have a chest problem, and I couldnt breathe and I went to the hospital due to her actions. Now they want to talk, presumably to strike a deal, but I am severely underpaid and now have hospital bills to pay. I want to know if there is something I can do legally to help me out. Thank you very much.

Warranty Deed Protection
We bought a mobile home 15 yrs ago and got a notorized Warranty Deed and now that we are trying to finalize a sale of the property a deed issues arose during the title search. We have been told we will need to quiet the deed and will need to put $5000 in escrow for the lawyer. Does the Warranty Deed protect us and make the person who sold us the mobile home financially responsible and if yes, if the man is no longer alive, is his spouse, who signed the deed also, responsible to clear up the title issue? Thanks.

car titles in Missouri & Power of Attorney
My daughter in law purchased a car before she married my son…her name is on the loan (her mom co-signed the loan but has since filed bankruptcy)…My daughter in laws name is on the title AND her moms name is on the title. My daughter in law and son want to trade in the car and get a new car in their names (no co-signer needed) but since they are not speaking to her mom she is not signing the title but said something about signing a Power of Attorney…Will that suffice in place of her signing the actual car title?

Mr.

Mr. Ravi had given a Power of Attorney to Mr. Raju and Shailesh, but he has published a Public Notice stating that he has cancelled all the Powers, and had sold the land to us. Now the PoA holders are demanding for money from us. Do the PoA holders have any legal rights. Any transaction of money between the owners and the PoA holder is not mentioned in the PoA.

recovery of legal fees caused by a situation not of our doing
A man used his mother’s power of attorney to deed himself our property. 15 acres. He & His atty used a 1940 deed and just signed everything to him.. We are out $500 to have our atty make them correct this. How can we recover our legal fees? We only learned of his actions by accident or we could have had real problems. He is not a very ethical or moral person…only greedy .
