Ive gotten power of attorney, closed his banking account and got a duplicated title. His family took all his bond money, switched the tags on his car.(which his sister is now driving.)and they wont give me none of his other property.(books, clothes, college notes,…..ect.)everywere i go i get the run a round, they tell me i have no power over his phisical property, or they say that i cant do anything sence were not married. What can i do to resolve this, and still be sure that he can have his property when hes released?

Internet children’s publishing site
I intend to launch a web based small press & young writer’s workshop. Content will be provided by self, select individuals and submissions from young writers. In an effort to minimize costs, I would like to structure it as a sole propriotorship. My only reservations concern liability etc. Would providing a terms of use clause, restrictions, and indemnifications protect me personally? Or am I placing myself at risk in the event that some individual finds content problematic or what ever unforseeable complaint that may arise? How may a sole propratore protect himself ? Or is it not possilbe?

corporation & identity theft
Recently, my identity information was stolen by an employee of a major corporation. They claim they have no responsibility and are offering $162 in fee reimbursement in exchange for a hold harmless/final. While I have no plans for future claims, is the company responsible for further charges or anything? I would love to find a resource page regarding this. I live in Georgia.

..I will try to make it very simple.I have copyrighted balloon designs and I am the sole artist of these designs. The company I designed for was bought out by a company in Italy. The company that bought it is a distributor. The Italy company that was sold gave me a contract awarding me residuals every qtr. and records of the sales. This was four years ago. They have been remiss in paying and a few years ago I contacted the USA company and expressed my concerns. This lead to the USA company telling me I had to sign an indemnification contract with them because the other company(Italy)had a contarct. This was a simple piece of paper never drawn up by an attorney and no money was exchanged binding it. To this day designs are being sold all over the world and I am out money. Can I notify the USA company and do I have a leg to stand on here.
