Traffic Laws concern the laws of the road, which include both drivers and pedestrians. These laws usually have to do with violations such as running a red light, not stopping at a stop sign or speeding in a school zone. Most traffic violations are considered misdemeanors but in certain circumstances may be considered a felony.
