i assumed a non-assumable mortgage note
my husband and i bought prorperty from the owner of the house we are now residing we all signed a contract for deed i now want to sell the house and she will not sell it tom or give me back initail $4000
to get out of contract but she wants to get out from under contract. she has threatend me with an eviction notice, will not sell me the house, wont sign verification of mortgage so i can buy house. I am current with all payments, have been late in past but am current. what are my rights?

    If things are as described and you have omitted no material facts, you may have the right to force the sale to go through. You will most likely need a lawyer to do this.
