I currently have a month to month lease and I just found out that my landlord died about two weeks ago. What should i do? Will i have to move?

It all depends. You still have a month to month lease. When someone is named to mangage your landlord’s estate they will let you know who to pay rent to and whether they are going to give you notice to terminate your lease.
