laws for mobile home parks
I purchased a mobile home in a mobile home park. The renters were there when I purchased to mobile home. The park is evicting the people for bad credit. The people have paid me for the the lot rent and rent on the home. I paid the park for the lot rent but they are still evicting the people for bad credit. My credit is good and I own the mobile home. These people have followed all the rules except for a bad credit rating. They were told by the other owner to ignore the park because they’re getting their money. I want to work with the park owners. Now in 30 days they have to move out and I was told she is pregnant. What can I do to help her stay???

Landlord/tenant issues I pay lot rent for my mobile home.

Landlord/tenant issues
I pay lot rent for my mobile home.
There are excess amount of speed bumps on each row of this park.
I like to go directly in and out of my row. I watch for oncoming traffic and at times have had to go the next row. The landlard claims that I must go around and over all speed bumps from now on.
Another issue, my clothesline is strung between two trees and people do not walk through these trees as they are quite close. She insists that someone could get hung and wants it moved.
I find these complaints just to annoy me. I put up with a crazy woman screaming, banging, going off – everyday (and it’s not me!)
I am told nothing can be done unless after 10pm at night. So, at 3am nothing is done as well as during daylight hours.
Please help me here.

Bad Furnace Can the seller of a house legally be held financially responsible…

Bad Furnace
Can the seller of a house legally be held financially responsible for the repair of major appliances (such as a furnace) if it can be shown that said appliances were in serious disrepair before purchase of the house? My wife bought a mobile home in Portsmouth, NH from the state, who owned it due to the previous owner of the house passing away with apparently no legal heir(s). There was no mention of the fact that the furnace was in serious disrepair in any agreements that were signed by my wife, nor was there any mention of this fact in the inspector’s report. The inspector actually verbally reported to my wife, in my presence, that the furnace was in good working order, and made no mention of any defects within the inspection report. Can we bring either/both the state and/or the inspector to court in order to recoupe our financial losses (around $4,000 so far…)?
