how to get money back put doan as deposit on mobile home
I put $3000 down on a used mobile home for my daughter. The loan did not go through, now the agent refuses to return my money. it has been over a month. The deal was done in Arizona, but I live in Texas. I have contacted the BBB, but she will not get back to them. How do I get my money back? I have called her several times. Shes keeps saying she will send out a check, but I have not recieved one.
Is there a verbal law in Arizona that concerns permission to install such as a fish pond, plant shrubry, ok to move into a mobile home park, have a hot tub.
Have been looking in the A.R.S. but have found nothing so far on Verbal Contract.all I want is where to find this.
Thank you for the help
i recently went thru a divorce
and the property (mobile home) was quick claimed to me….
HIS (my x) name is still on the loan as his credit was better than mine… I now have the home for sale and my question is, IF someone came up with he equity i put down on it, can i quick claim the property to them????? i just want my $ back & out!
10 days after death
My father was found dead in his truck on 8/16/04. I was informed 10 days later. He has a mobile home, truck, stocks, last payck, & a life policy. There is no will. Crematory was informed that there was ”No Next of Kin” by his sister and care-taker/co-worker. Co-worker emptied out his trailer during the 10 days and had access to his checking account. Co-worker had his truck driven to her residence after his death. I was also informed that she paid Sept. 2004 space rent on his trailer. Do I have legal right to request his property from this woman? At this time I only have my birth certificate, his military discharge, a copy of his birth cert, and a copy of the police report as legal proof. I have ordered an original death certificate. In the meantime, can I find out financial information from his bank and other institutes using the documents stated above and a copy of the Death Cert?
