portfolio indemnity in Austrian law
To whom it may concern,

I have been doing an investigation regarding the portfolio indemnity when a distributionship agreemnet has been terminated. Is it possible in Austrian Law and could you please inform me that how I can find the English version of Austrian Commercial Code?
