there are two general power of attorney given by a A to B one dated in 1989 and A to C anthore in 1991 and A died in 1992 . but B and C sale some propertys of A even after the death of A , the purchasers from B and C occupied the land , i want to file in Land Grabbing case does it fall in limitation or give me sugession how to file case aganist the purchasers of B and c

my Grand father(father to father ) given some of his properties to his sons by register settlement deed , and my fater accepted the deed that he is having limited rigths over the properties covered in the deed (for enjoyment only and not for sale ) but when we are in minors my father given a general power of attorney only to a person in year 1989 and one more GPA in 1991 (both seperate) and he died in 1992 . i came to know recently about the deed and GPA `s , and also i came to know that GPA are automatically cancelled after the death of GPA executor ….but the GPA holder knowing my ignorance of properties he done plots in the properties and done several sale deed `s …before and after the death of GPA executor with is knowledge …..Q? …Can i claim over the properties for declaration of Title ? …does it fall in any limitation Act?

my grand father GVN murthy (father to father) given some properties to his sons ( ramaswamy and kalidas)by settlement deed on 4-2-59 by registration. with limited rights only to enjoy the properties but not to sale the properties .sale rights given to grand children (sons of ramaswamy and kalidas)that also after the death (ramaswamy and kalidas) , this condition , was agreed by ramaswamy and kalidas in court also , but negelected his father condition and done some properties by sale and some properties to third party by way of general power of attorney , third party GPA holder done sale the properties by way of plots , before and after the death of ramaswamy and kalidas , ramaswamy died in 1996 and kalidas died in 1992 . Question 1. does the sons of ramaswamy and kalidas will get rights on property .
Q2. kalidas given GPA to third party in 1989 ( for some properties ), and 1991 (for some properties ) does this GPA automatically cancelled after the death of kalidas.
