Selling of property I live in a property where mobile homes are rented.

Selling of property
I live in a property where mobile homes are rented. I do not own my trailer, but i have been living in that property for over 30 years. Now the property has been sold by the owner and is giving all the tenants 3 months to move out. Is this legal? Do the owners have to give each tenant a certain amount to move into another place? There have been letters sent out, but they are not stamped or sealed. It’s a typed letter from the owner. Do these letters need to have a special stamp or seal? What is the maximum amount of time they can give to move out?

I only have a verbal agreement I sold my home to someone who had bad credit.

I only have a verbal agreement
I sold my home to someone who had bad credit. They have been there for about five years and now are moving out and sticking me with the payment. It is a mobile home in a park. The agreement was that they were going to finance it in their own name once they were able to get approved. I have no signed agreement from them. They had to be added to the title with my wife and I but are not on the loan. They also had to sign a 1-year lease with the park which has come and gone and now are on a month-to-month lease with the park. They have given 30 days notice to me and the park that they will be leaving. Can i hold them responsible for the loan and/or the lot rent after the 30 days? Or since there is no signed agreement, can they walk away with no further obligation? They have tried to get financed in the past with no success because they still do not have good enough credit.

I live in a 55+ MHPark the park owner is a hitler who violates many of his own prospectus rules, arbratraly enforces his prospectus and many other things. He makes it very very diffacult to sell your home. approxmately 40/45% of the homes for sale are because the people are tired of him. He is very good at raising the lot rent, being a bully, and and having you pay for his maintenance charges. There have been several mobile homes that were sold but after the buyers met with him just walked away from the sale and never even wanted to speak again to the sellers. Now if this continously happens to me I plan to sign over the home to him after I rip out all the improvements I have made.Since I am not filling any type of claim what so evev and I own it 100% what type of recourse if any can happen?

tenant rights My father owns his own mobile home, but lives in a mobile home…

tenant rights
My father owns his own mobile home, but lives in a mobile home park. He is 75 years old. He got 2 ”anynomous” complaints about his dogs barking, and was told he needed to remove the dogs within 24 hours, or eviction proceedings would begin. This is what it says in his lease contract, but there is no time period..like quiet time between before x time and later than x time
VI. ANIMALS
D. All pets must be confined within the mobile home or in a fenced area. When not so confined, pets must be held on a short leash. Pets may not be leashed outdoors and left unattended at any time. No pets will be allowed to run at large. At large shall mean either in Park common areas or in another’s yard as reflected in a complaint from a Park Resident.

H. ANY DOG WHO’S BARKING DISTURB’S RESIDENTS NEIGHBORS’ ENJOYMENT OF THE PREMISES IS PROHIBITED. A SECOND VIOLATION IN A TWELVE MONTH PERIOD MAY BE GROUNDS FOR EVICTION.

K. ANY PET OWNER WHO RECEIVES TWO NOTICES OF VIOLATION OF ANY ANIMAL WILL BE REQUIRED TO GET RID OF SAID ANIMAL OR LEAVE THE PARK.

Like I stated, he recieved 2 anonomous complaints, and the landlords, gave him 24 hours to remove the animals or else. Does he have any legal rights?
