Property Line Dispute
My neighbors and I have always agreed on where the line is even though it is 25ft. short on the deed.
Recently, they sold their land. The new owner is building a house to sell.
I own a mobile home on private land in the city limits and under my
ordinance, there must be 25ft. from
house to line, if I lose the 25ft. then
I will be to close to the line.
I have solely maintained this 25ft.
and had it dozed when I bought it.
I have maintained this land for almost 13 years.
I need to know what my options
are and what I can and need to do.
I need my land.
Co-signed car loan
Have car loan with friend as co-signer taken out about 18 months ago or longer. His name is first on the loan. I am unable to keep the car. Financially impossible. I would like to return car to bank or him. His parents have power of attorney. What can they as co-rigners do to me in garnishment, etc. as my job now only pays 6.00 to 7.00 per hour. Cannot afford for this to happen. Have tried other ways to work our, cannot refinance due to lack of much credit history. Help is appreciated. thanks
My father-in-law died, and my mother-in-law knew his request was to be buried in a national cemetary (military). Now, 2 of his daughters have said they have a notorized leter stating his wishes to be buried elsewhere. No one has seen this leter yet, but the funeral is (of course) a few days away and my mother-in-law is worried. She does not have power of attorney, is there any way they can force a change in the burial plans that have been made?
car titles in Missouri & Power of Attorney
My daughter in law purchased a car before she married my son…her name is on the loan (her mom co-signed the loan but has since filed bankruptcy)…My daughter in laws name is on the title AND her moms name is on the title. My daughter in law and son want to trade in the car and get a new car in their names (no co-signer needed) but since they are not speaking to her mom she is not signing the title but said something about signing a Power of Attorney…Will that suffice in place of her signing the actual car title?
Power of attorney over health
If one child has power of attorney over my Mom’s health, what are her responsibilities keeping the rest of the family in the loop. Including doctor appointments and treatment. (Cancer) I live out of town and can’t get any information about my Mom’s visits to the doctor.
