Early termination of residential lease contract
If I sign a 2 year lease contract can the landlord terminate the contract before the end of the lease term?
How much notice am I entitled too?
Can I demand that he pays my moving costs?
When will I get my security deposit back? I will need it to pay the new landlord a security deposit.

Landlord can terminate only if you are behind on rent, you (or your guests) severely damage property, use property for criminal enterprise, or commit a “nuisance” or violate other terms of the lease (i.e. a dozen cats and dogs living with you).
Otherwise, no! You are entitled to 60 days notice after the expiration of lease.
If he does terminate early, you’d be entitled to damages, which most likely would include moving costs.
At the conclusion of lease you are entitled to security deposit within 21 days minus any unpaid rent, damages for anything that is damaged by you other than ordinary wear and tear, and for cleaning, but only if you leave it dirtier than when you moved in.
