How to kick out a roommate
Hi –
I used a form that I found online to
create a ‘Rental Lease Agreement’
for a woman who is renting out a
room in my house. Unfortunately,
she has brought along a slew of
legal troubles and we need to ask
her to leave. Per the agreement, I
can give her 30 days to vacate with
‘no cause’. What is the proper way
to go about enforcing this?
Also…she has a lot of stuff and I’m
worried that she won’t move it out.
What are my legal rights in this
situation?
