Moving out of house from husband
I have decided to seperate form my husband. we rent on a month to month bases. Do I need to write and tell the landlords if I am wanting to leave and just in case he doesn’t pay the rent we both wont get the fault?

Yes, you should notify your landlord. HOWEVER, unless the landlord gives you a written release, you are not released from obligations during that thirty period. (rent and damages).
