Rental Leases
I live in an apartment complex that had the option of getting cable through them. So I got the basic cable from them. However in January they cancelled their contract with the cable company. And no longer provide cable. They had told me that I need to come in the office and sign my lease over again. If i don’t sign it. Does this mean the original lease is void?

The original lease is valid until you sign the new lease. If you do not sign the new lease, the original lease is binding.
