renters rights
when i found out the house i was renting was in forclosure im moved out. on the tenth of the month i never payed rent for that month. the lease i had expired six months prior to that. We never established a month to month lease. am I leagally obligated to pay rent for that month

Yes. The landlord’s default on his loan doesn’t affect your obligation to pay him.
