I am a co-signer on a mobile home. It is on a rented lot. I’ve never lived in it. I want to get it off my hands but the other co-signer won’t move. What are my options? Can you recommend a lawyer in southeastern mass?

    One option might be to determine whether the other cosigner has establised sufficient equity in the mobile home to refinance without a cosigner or with a different cosigner. Good Luck!
