Deed of Trust
My husband’s father is a co-signer on our mobile home. The bank also required his dad to sign a deed of trust. Our home was then placed on my father-in-laws land where he also has a home. He is now saying he is going to sell the property we live on. Our loan is for 20 yrs. and we have only been here for 31 payments. Can he sell the property with our loan holding a deed of trust and leave us with no where to go?

How do I force a mobile home from my park for rental arrears?

How do I force a mobile home from my park for rental arrears?
I have a small 15 space park. A tenant has been getting behind on rent with empty promises and some small payments and owes almost three months rent plus late charges. I handed them a written notice on Aug. 1 demanding payment in full or move the home from the park in 5 days. No response until Aug. 21 when they came and tried to pay 1/3 of the arrears. I refused anything less than full payment. I have been lied to so many times that I want rid of them. How do I get them and their home out and is there any recourse to get the past due rents?

Probate.
My husbands wife is deceased. She has a 14 year old son,(FROM A PREVIOUS MARRIAGE). My husband and his deceased wife paid cash for the mobile home and the land that we now live in. She also had a 2005 automobile that she paid cash for and her name was the only name on the title. The overseer came and took the automobile. My husbands name is the only name on the title of the mobile home. He had the title changed after her death. We were told that the child is entitled to 2/3 of the land and the 2/3 of the automobile but that he is not entitled to anything from the mobile home that we now reside in. Is this true? Will his deceased wife’s child’s (guardian) & overseer be able to take our home? The lady that is raising his deceased wife’s son continues to threaten us with this. She says that she is going to sell our home. We don’t see that she has any authority to do this. She is the overseer of the sons part of his mothers things. My husband and his deceased wife were very much married.
They lived virginia and the property is in virginia. She did not have a will.

My father passed away in January in Va.

My father passed away in January in Va. left no will.
My father passed away in January in Va. left no will. He had several acres of land, mobile home that he rents out. He also had bank accounts, CD ‘s, IRA. My sister and I are in other states, my brother lives in Va, so he will be handling everything.
My question is, is there something I should do, or do I just leave everything in my brothers hands? How do the courts know who the heirs are? Do they just take my brothers word for it? Will I be contacted if my assistants is needed?

mobile home with addition I have filed a list of heirs/real estate affidavit…

mobile home with addition
I have filed a list of heirs/real estate affidavit for property owned by my mother who died intestate in 2001. on the property is a mobile home that has recently had a huge addition with a wrap around deck built on to the back of it. it also has a 10×16 brick and concrete front porch with awning, and a brick foundation, the addition is built on a foundation and perminately attached to the mobile home making it impossible to remove the mobile home without doing extensive damage to the addition the front porch or the foundation, the problem is the mobile home title is held by a third party in his name, there are no leins on the mobile home. I want the mobile home to stay because it is now attached to a structure that is built on the land. what can I do to prevent the person owning it from removing it? or do I have to do anything since it is now attached to the real property by way of the addition.
