Power of attorney
My uncle has power of attorney of medical and financial over my grandmother. If he has taken her to a doctor to prove her imcompetent can she still make decisions on where she wants to live. She owns a home in Illinois and my uncle has put her in an assistant living facility. She is asking us if we can bring her home. Am not sure in Wisconsin if to prove her incompetent if it must go through courts.

If an 5 day notice to quit or pay rent is delivered to the tenant, and the land lord is notified in the middle of the month that the rent will be paid before the end of the month. But on that same day the land lord files a motion in small claims court for eviction on unpaid rent before the month is up and verbally agrees that they will accept the rent as long as the next months rent is on time, is the landlord still able to evict the tenant if the rent is paid before the end of the month, and do they have to accept it as long as the month has not ended yet?

A friend of mine had an affair with a co-worker affair ended and the person she was having an affair with started doing things to make her look bad and kept doing things to make her job difficult until she was forced to resign now they want her to sign a hold harmless agreement what should she do? she has looked for lawyers in the area that practice in this area but she has been unsuccessful in finding one.

The following section appears in an LLC operating agreement. Need help interpreting liability.
The Members (MBR) acknowledge that certain of the Mbrs or their affiliates, parents, or family mbrs, may be called upon to personally guarantee obligations of the Company. The Mbrs may be called upon to personally guarantee loans from banks and other credit facilities for the Company. Notwithstanding that such personal guarantees to third party creditors may provide for joint and several liability of the persons executing the same, it is agreed as between the Mbrs, that each Mbr shall be responsible for his proportionate share of any Company liabilities which may be guaranteed by other Mbrs, or by himself, up to the amount of such liability or liabilities multiplied by his Percentage Equity Interest, as set forth in Schedule “A” attached hereto. To the extent a Mbr pays more than his Percentage Equity Interest as applied to such guaranteed liability, he shall have a right to indemnification from the other Mbrs for their respective shares of such guaranteed liability. This indemnification right shall include any attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by a Mbr in enforcing this indemnification agreement as against any other Mbr or Mbrs.
