Difference between residential & house lease form
I recently went to ‘findlegalforms.com’ to purchase a rental/lease agreement, but I have two choices, a ‘house lease agreement’ and a ‘residential lease agreement’. What is the difference between the two. I am preparing to rent a townhome, which should I purchase?

The residential lease agreement, I believe, is the one more commonly used in the Commonwealth.
