Eviction
Our landlord is in the process of eviction they have sent us a notice to quit & vacate in 30 days. It is due to noise not rent. What can we do to get a stay of eviction for more time? We can not move out and find an apartment in 30 days. We need more time

The landlord cannot evict you without a court order. Try to be quieter and pay your rent on time. Then when you go to court you will have a good case. If you get court papers telling you to go to landlord/tenant court, make sure you show up. You probably should check with a local lawyer to make review your lease.
