I was supposed to refinance my mobile home after i was divorced five years ago. I am not able to do so because of the age and not being on a permenant foundation. Now he is harrasing me over it. What am i supposed to do?

If the order says sell or refinance, then you would have to sell. If not, generally speaking as long as the court sees that you made a good faith effort to obtain refinancing, you will not be held in contempt. If your ex was supposed to receive money from the refinancing, you may have to come up with an alternative.
