How to kick your roommate out if he is on the lease?
I need to know how to kick my roommate of the rental lease if he isnt paying
any rent and he is a total jerk. We are signed on for a six month lease and it
has only been two months. I want him out, what should I do?

If you’re both on the lease, your best bet is to work it out. If that’s no good, you’ll have to pay his share of the rent and sue him in court for it while you’re evicting him. Good Luck.
