If I have a month to month lease with someone and the rent is due the 1st of the month. I decide on 10/10 not to continue, what would the earliest date I can give them to be out by. I know 30 days but does it have to be a full month. So either 11/11 or 12/1
Under this lease arrangement, you should have until 11/01/2009 to notify your landlord of your intent to vacate the premises by 12/01/2009.
