Is it legal for someone from the corporate office of the company that owns the mobile home park I live in to call my daughter and ask her if I’m paranoid schizophrenic. A neighbor who doesn’t like me said that I was. I’m not.
To call and inquire may be a good deed on the owner’s part, rather than anything illegal. I would want someone, acting in good faith, to inquire if they thought that I was in danger of hurting myself or others. You could take action against the neighbor, if you can prove that he/she made the call and intended to harm you.
