Landlord issues
I am having issues with my landlord who tells me one thing then does another. He has served me with 3 5 day rent notices in the last 2 months and 2 of them were for the same months. I paid one and had him sign it as such. We have a month to month rental and now he has served me with papers for a Forcible Entry and Detainer. There is more but only so many things i can write. Thanks for any help

You may want to contest in court the Forcible Entry and Detainer. Do you have a court date and location? Are you current in all your rent payments? Do you need an attorney? This answer does not constitute legal advice because you are not as yet my client.
