    Yes.
    A statutory durable power of attorney is on a form specified by a Texas Statute.

    “General” means not limited. A limited power of attorney grants authorit for certain acts only. A general power of attorney does not limit the authority granted.

    A power of attorney terminates on death or disability of the principal. A durable power of attorney only terminates on the principal’s death
