Rental Lease Agreement
I have a tenant that has vacated the rental property prior to the end of the lease. What are my options? My ”boilerplate lease contract has a sentence the reads ”This lease can be terminated by 30 days written notice from either party”. Can a tenant terminate the lease because of this?
