Rented a room in house, signed month to month, now late on rent
I have a situation where I let a person move into my residence to rent a room, they signed a month to month agreement, and this month have not paid rent. What do I need to do to next to evict them from the property.

Serve this person with a 5 day pay or quit notice.
If no payment is received, then go down to your local general district court clerk’s office and ask for the papers to be filled out to begin the eviction process.
