Want to rent out mobile home {like a hotel}
I would like know if there is any laws about renting out my mobile home.I would like to rent it out weekly or month to month.Can I do this?Do I need to have a license or any contracts make up? How about more homeowner insurance? Thank you for your time.

Fla. Stats. Ch. 723 governs mobile hm. lot rentals. What you describe is a residential rental. Fl. Stats. Ch. 83 deals with this type of rental. Certainly you can rent it. Whether you need a license depends on whether this is a business or not. I would definitely have a written agreement and insurance on my property.
