10 days after death
My father was found dead in his truck on 8/16/04. I was informed 10 days later. He has a mobile home, truck, stocks, last payck, & a life policy. There is no will. Crematory was informed that there was ”No Next of Kin” by his sister and care-taker/co-worker. Co-worker emptied out his trailer during the 10 days and had access to his checking account. Co-worker had his truck driven to her residence after his death. I was also informed that she paid Sept. 2004 space rent on his trailer. Do I have legal right to request his property from this woman? At this time I only have my birth certificate, his military discharge, a copy of his birth cert, and a copy of the police report as legal proof. I have ordered an original death certificate. In the meantime, can I find out financial information from his bank and other institutes using the documents stated above and a copy of the Death Cert?

Park Manager Slander – What do we do?

Park Manager Slander – What do we do?
Our mobile home park manager has gone to the person I am lease/optioning
the mobile home from and told her that we are dealing drugs, as well as
her father who is the overall owner and many other tenants and others as well. When I put my horse on an adjascent property, she called the park owner and claimed that we were boarding our horse on the park property. I had a routine probation search ( I am on searchable probation ) and she called the man we bought the mobile from as well as his daughter and the owner of the park telling them, and other residents, that we were arrested for dealing drugs by the narcartics cops. This is completely untrue and has been a rumor she’s been spreading for months now. We are so upset. I have proof that it was a routine probation search. I don’t know what to do. I am on permanent disability and unable to afford an attorney. Can someone help? There’s unfortunately too much to post here.

My 88 year old mother inlaw put a $1,000 deposit on a mobile home which was supposed to be ready to move into on Sept. 5th, however when she had her stuff moved to the location (she had to be out of her house on that date) the place was not ready and not fit to move into. The owner did not keep his promise to fix things up to her approval, also there was no electric service and other things wrong as well, which would put her in danger. The owner will not give her the deposit back. What can be done to retrive her $1,000. She was given a paper stating that deposits are non refundable, however she did not sign it.

Incorrect Unlawful Detainer Judgement on my record
I have a Judgement on my record which shouldn’t be there.
It happened last year when I was given an eviction notice and went to court. I agreed to give up my mobile home, valued at about $5,000 in exchange for about $200 in delinquent land rental and utilities costs, which the judge agreed to.

Is there some type of legal form which I can simply file with the court to dispute this? Or would it have to be another court case?
