Negligence waiver at a California Dude Ranch
I am planning a vacation at a California Dude Ranch. They have sent me a negligence release form. It basically states that I voluntarily release, forever discharge, agree to hold harmless and indemity the Ranch and all who are associated with it; if anyone is hurt or property is damaged due to the Ranches’negligence or omissions , I have no right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against it. I am concerned if something should go wrong for example an ill horse, hazardous play equipment, or other problems etc. will I be able to hold them liable or am I giving up all rights?

Boardmember Risks
A friend owns and operates a water polo and swim team. The business is set up as a non-profit corporation. He’s asked me to become a boardmember. How do I obtain legal indemnification against any and all lawsuits, clams, damages, etc.? Thanks.
Indemnity Please tell me the statute of limitations on indemnity.
Indemnity
Please tell me the statute of limitations on indemnity. This is in regards to a lawsuit between an automobile insurance company and myself.
The insurance company is suing me for damages that they paid to their insured who ran into my stationary vehicle. The accident occured in February of 96. I was served with the lawsuit in January of this year.
Because I did not have insurance at the time of the accident and because I had a crummy attorney who dropped the ball in 96, I have recovered nothing for my damages which include a totaled vehicle, medical bills and lost wages. I tried to sue the person who ran into me in small claims court, but the judge denied my claim.
Do I have any recourse in this matter? Can I cross complain in this suit against the insurance company?
Thank you for your help.

Signature required by insurance company after judgment is given
My son was the victim in a car accident. The defendent’s insurance company sent us more paperwork to sign AFTER a judgement was made to pay my son. Can the insurance company force us to sign the Parent-Guardian Release and Indemnity Agreement AFTER the judgment has been made a week earlier?
