living wills
I have l living will at the local hospital. It says I don’t want life support that will just keep me legally alive. If something happens to me and my husband or mom says no don’t go by the living will we want you to do whatever you can. Will my living will overpower them?

What are my rights as an only child.
My father died in 2004, my step mother said there was only a ”living will”. I have never seen this or any other will, I am sure that there must have been one. What rights do I have to his assets. He owned a business before he was remarried, do I have any rights to that.

If a person draws up a POA, Living Will and Estate Trust in NY and then moves to Florida, will the NY forms hold up in Florida? Thank you very much. napenny@yahoo.com
