3 tickets 1 stop?
I got 3 tickets for one stop. 1 for speeding, 1 for insurance and 1 for registration. All are 3 seperate tickets for the same incident with 1 court date. It is possible to get out of these because they are not all on the same ticket? I heard of a guy getting out of his tickets and I think he used the term ”double indemnity”.

owner-contractor hold harmless agreement
Is there a form I can download to allow a part-time contractor(without workers comp) to cut trees on my property and release me from any liabilty from a possible accident?

I am about to enter into a contract with a property management company for a condo in Myrtle Beach, SC. One of the stipulations of the contract says, ”I agree to indemnify, save or hold harmless the Agent from and against all claims, suits, damages, costs losses and expenses arising from injury to any person, persons or property occurring on or about the said premises, and relating to the performance of this agreement.”
My question is: if I agree to this, and one of the Agents employees damages the property, or if one of the Agents employees goes postal and shoots five people dead, do I have the right to legal recourse, sue the Agent for their part in the matter? Or stated another way, can the agent force me to sign awaymy right to legal action against them if they are at fault?

My ex has threatened to kill me and my fiance in our sleep. His girlfriend lives down here now and my ex was told he was not supposed to be down here. I have sent pictures of him being down here to the landlord. He siad he would get it solved but he still hasn’t. If I dont feel safe by law can I break my lease?
