My guardian wants to sign Power of Attorney to a friends mom in Ohio, but i live in Michigan so would Power of Attorney beable to be transfered to a different state(Ohio)?

I do not think that a power of attorney has any jurisdictional requirements. However, I am only licensed to practice in Michigan, so you may want to ask a lawyer in Ohio.
