Find recording of quit claim deed
A non-profit corporation ”deeded” property with value of $10 million to another non-profit corporation by way of a quit claim deed. This was done in Harris County, Texas. Is the deed recorded and is there a way I can find and get a copy of the deed?

Go to the website of the Harris County Clerk. It may be available online. Otherwise, go to their office and order a copy – you may be able to call and get info on how to order and where to send the check if that is not convenient.
