I forfilled my lease and moved out. My roomates do not qualify without me and are living there month to month. Am i respmonsible for the apartment if i no longer live there and have not signed a new lease?

Unless your roommates signed a new lease, in which you were not a party, or your landlord specifically gave you something in writing saying that he has released you from the prior lease, you are on the hook technically until they move out, or sign a new lease without you.

It depends on all the facts. When you say you fulfilled your lease, what do you mean? If your former roommates are living there month to month, do you mean your lease ended and the landlord is allowing them to stay without yet filling your room? If you would like to discuss this privately, give me a call.
