LLC Waiver and Indemnification I am a 1/3 member of a Delaware LLC.

LLC Waiver and Indemnification
I am a 1/3 member of a Delaware LLC. The other members have agreed to sign a document that both indemnifies them from any future liability associated with the LLC, AND also for my benefit, ensures that they are not entitled to any past, present, or future claims on the LLC.

Which form should I use that captures both liability indemnification and a waiver (release) of any future claims that either party may have?

You really need a lawyer to advise you on this. Find an attorney who advises businesses who is not too far from your location.

Please call my office if I can assist you. You can then decide how you would like to proceed.

My contact information can be obtained from the links below, just click on the Attorney Profile link. Let my secretary know you found me through LawGuru.
