My college age daughter signed a lease to rent an apartment. Her father cosigned the lease agreement. She is now pregnant and unable to go to college. Is it possible for her to get out of the lease?

Depends on the terms of the contract, but I doubt if there is a termination of lease due to pregnancy clause. You might try working something out with the landlord.
