Sixty day notice My father has its own Flower Business.

Sixty day notice
My father has its own Flower Business. He has been renting about ten acres with this owner for about 8 years. Recently we recieved a 60 Day notice to quit using the property. The problem is that that is not enough time to finish growing/farming our last crops. IF we are only given two months to leave, then we are looking at a huge loss of money. Do we have any right for reinbursement? or can ask for more time to finish farming our last crops?

A lawsuit may be filed against the landlord if he had knowledge of your growing season. We naturally would have to review the lease. Please contact my office at 714 363 0220 to set up an appointment. I would like to review your written documentation including any letters, notices, and lawsuits if any was filed by the landlord in the present or the past. We handle cases throughout California. We can review your documentation by fax and speak with you by phone.
