Sell property with contract for deed pending
We bought a house on contract to deed. We pay interest free payments. Currently we have payed off half of the debt. We would like to move. But we would also like to be able to take some of what we have invested into the property. Can we sell the property provided we pay off the balance of the contract? Would our current deed holders have to be present for us to sell. Do most real estate agencies deal with situations like this often? (our contract to deed was signed and drawn up by their attorney)
kicking boyfriend out
a man and i have been cohabitating (unmarried) for 12yrs. Recently i purchased a house on contract for deed (still making payments) The contract is in MY name only, his does not appear on it in anyway. It is my house, but he does live here. Can i legally kick him out or does he have any legal recourse? We live in kentucky…, no common law marriage here, right?

My mother gave her son-in-law her general power of attorney. She did not know what she was signing. He has transferred her estate into his wife’s name. Mother is now in the nursing home what can i do to get her estate back.
General Power of Attorney
My Husband made the Mistake before we were Married to let his Ex Wife have a General Power of Attorney in order to only sign small things about the house he owned for his Kids Sake while he was away because he was an over the road Truck Driver , they got into a fued and as he was trying to get it canceled before he could she used her P.O.A to Transfer his house to her name making her Owner of the House ! Is This at all Legal since she was Not Doing this in His Best Interest, but stealing his house for herself !?!?
purchased home on land contract. two years, making all payments. also paying insurance insurance. two were late – but paid with late fee.(not consecutive). Seller comes as says that he did not sell the house as a rental and wanted me to get a loan to pay him off. no specifications in contract. said because i was late on those two payments (last year) he can demand full payment. contract states that ”if two payments have failed to be made when due and payable that all installments may be due and payable. Can he force me to get a loan to pay him off or take back the house?
