tennents rights at completion of lease-60 day notice to vacate
I complete my lease agreement May 6, and landlord sent me written notification of same March 1. Landlord stated that end of agreement I may go month to month rent. Now they say I owe additional 30 day notice to vacate on month to month lease.

Read your lease. If the lease says you must give 60 days notice, then that is what you agreed to do.
