Agreement for Land
Today i have a deal for the plot , when i gone through the document , it is written ”Sale Cum General Power of Attorney”. I have a doubt whether i can buy this plot and construct a building . Please let me know if i dont face any issues later on . and one more doubt whether the actual owner can cancel the ”sale cum general power of attorney” and can he occupy the plot.

    Get the sale deed typed on prescribed stamp papers and also get it registered.After sale there is no reason for POA.

    One need to know the contents of the document. Mere title of document is not sufficient to express anything.
