i have a durable power of attorney in my maiden name, we are now married , nothing else has changed, is it still legal to use this?

    Yes. But if challenged, you’d have to show that it was your maiden name.

    The short answer to your question is: Yes. Yes, as long as the power of attorney has not been revoked or expired by virtue of time limits mandated by the document.
