Family, financial responsibility
My daugter who lives in Oregon has seperated with her husband due to domestic violence. The rental lease is in both their names, and they have 2 children. Is the husband/father responsible for the full care/support of the children/wife until a divorce court sets the child support/alimony?

No. There is no ENFORCEABLE obligation until/unless it is established by court order.
