There is not enough information here to give you a good answer. You would have to look at the deceased husband’s will first, to see if there are any rights to property listed in the document. Also, if the deceased has children with the ex-wife, those children may have claims to a portion of the estate assets, absent a will. There may also be child support and/or other court ordered support incident to a divorce.
