I bouhgt a vehicle from a ”friend”. I have bill of sale, he was going to do repairs before transfer, now I’am getting run around about when I can get it, after paying off, I haven’t received the title nor vehicle.

Nothing to do but take him to county court (if you paid less than $15,000 for the car) or circuit court (if you paid $15,000 or more).
