i bought a car from adealership,3months ago,i have recieved my bill of sale.but they are giving me the run around about the title.as many cars as they sale,i believe that yhey are scammers.please help me.

There are in fact rules that apply as to what the dealer must do, but they are too lengthy to state here. Consult with a local attorney.

Send the dealership general manager a demand letter by certified mail, return receipt requested stating that you “demand that it deliever your title immediately,” otherwise you will file an action against the dealership for specific performance or alternatively a refund of your money including litigation expenses.
