My grandmothers estate is in probate. What are my rights?
My grandmother dies 2 years ago. My father died 6 months after she did. Neither one of them had no living will. The estate is in probate. My mother and father were still married at the time of his death. My father had 4 brothers and sisters. The estate is expected to sell for 400,000. As his son am I entitled to anything or does my mother get all of his interest in the estate? or is she intitled to any at all?

Chances are that your father’s estate would be entitled to a portion of your grandmothers estate, and you would then be entitled to a portion of your father’s separate property.
